Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Captures, processes, prepares, and analyzes complex datasets to extract significant insights.
  • Develops and maintains automated reporting systems to streamline data analysis.
  • Cultivates and maintains positive partner relationships to understand their data needs.
  • Provides insights and finds improvement opportunities, ensuring reporting solutions address key objectives.
  • Builds detailed reports and dashboards using various tools.
  • Designs and implements data visualizations to communicate complex data clearly.
  • Performs statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.
  • Works closely with cross functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Coaches and advises to mature data consumption and analytics capabilities.
  • Conducts complex data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reports and analyses.

Benefits

  • The expected salary for this position is $105,000-150,000.
  • This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
  • Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year.
