About The Position

We are seeking a (Senior) Consultant – Data & AI with SAP expertise to lead digital transformation initiatives across industries. This role focuses on enabling intelligent automation, agentic workflows (AI-driven autonomous processes), and data-driven decision-making by leveraging SAP Business AI and modern data management platforms (such as Databricks) as well as analytics tools. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, supporting clients in optimizing operations, enhancing data quality, ensuring governance, and activating AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, delivery, and advisory—to position SAP and AI capabilities as strategic enablers for business transformation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of consulting experience in data analytics, AI, business process management, or ERP implementations (SAP preferred).
• Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced workflows and agentic automation tools (e.g., SAP Joule, MS Co-Pilot).
• Proficiency in visual analytics platforms (SAP Analytics/Business Data Cloud, MS PowerBI) and low-code development environments (n8n, MS Co-Pilot Studio, SAP Joule Studio).
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, process mining, and transformation methodologies.
• Familiarity with data management/governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Atlan) and modern cloud data platforms (such as Databricks), as well as understanding of data quality frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.

Nice To Haves

• SAP certifications and experience with SAP Signavio, SAP BTP, Datasphere or related areas are a plus.
• Exposure to data processing languages or frameworks (SQL, Python, Spark) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and analytics engagements leveraging SAP Business AI and agentic automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Joule, MS Co-Pilot).
• Design and implement low/no-code workflows and automation solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visual analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud/Business Data Cloud or MS PowerBI to support decision-making.
• Conduct process mining and modelling workshops to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures (including lakehouse platforms) and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Implement and optimize data pipelines on modern cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks) to support large-scale analytics and AI solutions.
• Ensure robust data management practices (governance, security, and quality) are applied across all solutions.
• Support AI maturity assessments, data quality initiatives, and benchmarking exercises.
• Deliver client presentations, demos, and workshops showcasing SAP AI capabilities and automation potential.
• Contribute to business development through proposal creation, success story documentation, and participation in industry events.
