This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering or construction professional to join the growth of Ryan's Small to Midsize Business Incentives (“SMBI”) team as a Cost Segregation Senior Consultant (“Senior Consultant”). The Senior Consultant will lead projects to properly classify a client's assets to accelerate depreciation resulting in a lower first-year tax burden. Two to four years of experience in building construction, engineering or construction estimating is required. The ideal candidate with have analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong people skills. The successful candidate will be effective in performing site visits, reconciling construction costs, understands tax depreciation, performs quantity takeoffs, and estimates costs from drawings and physical structures. The Consultant is responsible for creating positive team member experiences, which lead to excellent client service and drive revenue and profit for the Firm.
