About The Position

The Compensation Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's HCM solution for our Financial Services, Insurance (FSI) and Professional Services (PS) customers and help establish and champion best practices for all deployments. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience within the Compensation area in the FSI or PS Industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of functional experience in HCM or Compensation software solutions or systems
• 3+ years Consulting experience
• Workday Deployment Experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the Workday HCM and Compensation product suite
• Provide FSI and PS industry perspective for customer business requirements
• Ensure FSI and PS best practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trends
• Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution
• Serve as a mentor for new HCM and Compensation Consultants
• Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday FSI and PS best practices
• Ensure the client is referenceable once the client is in production
• Participate in update training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants
