About The Position
The Senior Consultant is accountable for all aspects of day-to-day service, quality and standards, stakeholder relationships, consultancy, problem solving & risk mitigation, commercial profitability and growth, for assigned clients. This role involves proactive accountability for the whole service and relationship for assigned clients, ensuring the quality of all work provided and client satisfaction. The consultant will manage senior stakeholder relationships, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with internal colleagues to provide high standards of service. Responsibilities also include project planning oversight, communication strategy development, and supporting commercial client profitability.
