About The Position

As a Senior Consultant in Capital Markets - Data Analytics at Infosys Consulting, you will be part of a dynamic, cross-cultural global team engaged in diverse business consulting projects. Your role will span multiple disciplines, including process consulting, experience design, business and data analysis, applied AI, technology strategy, program leadership, and change management. You will tackle complex challenges, develop creative and strategic solutions, and leverage technical expertise to analyze data. Collaborating closely with client stakeholders, you will be instrumental in delivering measurable business outcomes and driving impactful transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Prior work experience of 7 years in management consulting or directly working on advisory business, technology, or operational change initiatives in the Capital Markets industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in defining, mobilizing, and delivering complex change programs in Asset/Capital Markets firms.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to build relationships at senior management and CXO levels.
  • Experience collaborating with teams comprising both IT and business specialists.
  • Scrum/Agile experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets industry and business models across North America.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and API development for robust data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience interacting with Financial Advisors, operations, technology, and practice leaders to understand business models and craft innovative solutions.
  • PMI/Agile certification.
  • Experience working on industry-leading managed account solutions/platforms.
  • Experience in UX/UI programs in Capital Markets or Asset Management industry.

Responsibilities

  • Set product strategy and influence acceptance and adoption of that strategy with the end user's experience at the center of their decision making.
  • Manage the product line life cycle from the strategic planning to tactical initiatives for both vended and custom solutions.
  • Conduct functional analysis and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific journeys such as Prospecting, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management, Servicing, Onboarding, and Advisor Dashboard.
  • Perform technical data analysis to identify patterns, extract insights, and support data-driven decision-making through statistical methods and predictive modeling.
  • Specify market requirements for existing and future products based on market research and interactions with clients and prospective users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners including engineering, marketing, design, and sales.
  • Work closely with technical departments to ensure user needs are being met and resolve issues as they emerge.
  • Lead or contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings, and internal initiatives.
