About The Position

As a Senior Process Mining Consultant, you will help leading organizations transform the way they run their business. You will use ARIS Process Mining to uncover inefficiencies, identify optimization opportunities, and design solutions that deliver measurable business value. Partnering with senior executives, IT teams, and process owners, you’ll bridge the gap between business and technology to accelerate digital transformation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in process mining, process optimization, or digital transformation consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with process mining platforms (ARIS Process Mining, Celonis, Signavio, etc.).
• Technical proficiency in data integration, SQL/Python, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Strong business process knowledge (finance, procurement, supply chain).
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in BPM, Lean/Six Sigma, or process mining are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client projects using ARIS Process Mining to deliver insights and improvements.
• Analyze workflows across finance, procurement, supply chain, and customer service.
• Design and manage data pipelines integrating with ERP and enterprise systems.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in clear, compelling ways.
• Guide clients through process optimization, change management, and adoption.
• Contribute thought leadership and represent ARIS at client workshops and industry events.
