About The Position
Huron is a global consultancy that collaborates with clients to drive strategic growth, ignite innovation, and navigate constant change. We are seeking a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in utilizing technical expertise to lead clients through the implementation, optimization, and enhancements of their Cerner system. In this role, you will partner with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Cerner, enhance clinical and administrative workflows, and improve patient care outcomes. As a Senior Consultant, you will provide consulting and subject matter expertise to clients by assessing, identifying, and providing solutions to their Cerner System. You will conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity, identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users. Additionally, you will develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training, create user guides, manuals, and other educational resources to support learning and adoption, and coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables during implementation and optimization projects. You will work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation, and directly with Cerner end users. Monitoring workflows, providing documentation, and optimization suggestions will be key aspects of your role. Maintaining strong communication with project managers, leaders, and team members will promote a collaborative working environment, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
