Requirements

3-5+ years of experience with AI and Data Strategy.
2+ years of previous Consulting experience working with external clients, managing various projects and priorities.
Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable AI and data strategies.
Ability to create AI-based workflows to accelerate our strategy delivery, bringing efficiencies to our execution, and identify opportunities to bring additional thought leadership.
Experience in a Functional Strategy capacity, including the identification of business-focused opportunities and the development of long-term roadmaps.
Experience with prioritizing use cases by value and complexity.
A foundational understanding of Cloud computing, modern data architectures, and core data and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, GenAI, data governance).
Ability to make technical recommendations tied to business outcomes in areas such as Data Governance, Data Platform development, or Data Quality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven experience crafting compelling storylines and presentations for clients.
Experience in leading project workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.).
Willingness to travel as required by clients.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Develop and refine AI and Data strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics across various business domains.
Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with client stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and secure cross-functional alignment on objectives and business value.
Contribute to the design of implementation roadmaps, helping to sequence long-term plans that balance technical, organizational, and process changes.
Develop business cases that articulate the return on investment (ROI) for AI and data initiatives.
Analyze clients' current AI and data capabilities and operating models, evaluating them against industry best practices and providing strategic recommendations.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior non-technical stakeholders.
Prepare “art of the possible” sessions based on industry trends for customer organizations, and where they can play to drive organizational growth.
Support the expansion of the Advisory practice by developing content, participating in thought leadership, and contributing to the creation of repeatable strategic frameworks and offerings.
Guide on the responsible and ethical use of AI, including considerations for governance, bias, and compliance with regulations like GDPR or CCPA.
