We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager, Transmission Oversight to lead and oversee contractors performing construction on the Owner's electric transmission system. This role ensures strict contract compliance, safe work practices, and adherence to design specifications. You’ll be engaged in a wide variety of projects, ranging from simple substation upgrades to the construction of new substations. As a Senior Construction Manager, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and resolving issues that could impact project success — including design, materials, contractor performance, access, and customer concerns. You will oversee project schedules, coordinate all field activities, and provide regular updates on construction progress to multiple stakeholders. This position involves managing several projects simultaneously, each at different stages of activity. This is a leadership role that requires both office and fieldwork, with responsibilities shifting based on project needs.
