About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent with extensive sitework, parking garage, and podium construction experience to lead large-scale multifamily residential projects ranging from $30 million to $90 million. The Superintendent will be responsible for on-site coordination, schedule execution, quality control, and safety management from preconstruction through project completion. This role requires strong technical knowledge of site development, structural concrete systems, podium decks, and structured parking, combined with leadership skills to drive complex projects to completion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction experience, including 5 years as Lead Superintendent on multifamily projects.
  • Experience managing $30M–$90M ground-up multifamily residential projects.
  • Extensive sitework, civil construction, podium construction, and structured parking experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all field operations from mobilization through closeout.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teams.
  • Lead daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and subcontractor planning sessions.
  • Develop and maintain short-interval schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
  • Manage mass grading, excavation, underground utilities, storm drainage, water/sewer systems, and site concrete.
  • Coordinate erosion control, dewatering, and site logistics.
  • Supervise podium slab-on-deck construction and structural concrete operations.
  • Coordinate waterproofing systems, plaza decks, and transition details.
  • Drive schedule performance and mitigate delays.
  • Assist in managing labor productivity and subcontractor performance.
  • Enforce quality standards and ensure installation per drawings and specs.
  • Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and ensure OSHA compliance.
