As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our project management operations, ensuring that each project is meticulously planned, executed, and delivered to the highest standards. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract or project administration.
  • Commercial Construction industry experience is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel as required for project needs.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding contract documents and drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to draft professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and change orders.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with construction management software programs such as Procore, Building Connected, etc.
  • Experience with CADD or other drafting software for completing basic shop drawings and as-builts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with office and field staff to ensure comprehensive administrative oversight and project preparedness.
  • Complete all project paperwork including Government, Allied and Client documentation. Organize and manage client-related paperwork, such as drill logs, daily reports, equipment inspection reports, safety and training documents, billing, etc.
  • Ensure all projects meet client reporting requirements, including completion logs, safety documentation, CCIP, and insurance documentation.
  • Draft and execute change orders to accommodate project adjustments.
  • Monitor project budgets and prepare accurate billing statements. Ensure projects are kept in line with budgets.
  • Quote and execute purchase orders for project materials, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  • Travel to sites in New England territory as needed to oversee and manage project activities.
  • Follow, enforce, and ensure adherence to all state and federal laws/policies and Allied company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project success and company objectives.
