They are successful at delivering results on time and within budget. They work with various internal and external personnel, establishing strong professional relationships while maintaining high communication standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a project management role
  • Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field

Responsibilities

  • Running large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Preparing bids and estimates
  • Securing profitable work
  • Maintaining strong, positive relationships
  • Establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Maintaining high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
  • Preparing contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Requisitioning needed supplies and materials
  • Maintaining safe job sites and encouraging safe work practices
  • Overseeing diverse teams
