As a Senior Project Manager with Hill & Wilkinson you will take the lead on high-profile commercial construction projects across the DFW metroplex, with budgets ranging from $50M to $100M+. In this senior-level role, you will play a key part in shaping the built environment of North Texas driving excellence, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering complex projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of commercial construction methodologies, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, high value builds on time and within budget.

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Experience with projects exceeding $50M+ in value.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of high value commercial construction projects ($50M-$100M+) across DFW, from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to deliver profitable projects on time and within scope.
  • Manage master project schedules and adjust timelines as needed to maintain momentum and mitigate risk.
  • Coordinate subcontractor buyout, contracts, and performance.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with trade partners and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure consistent communication, transparency, and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and support business development efforts, including client presentations, RFP responses, and regional growth strategies.
  • Proactively manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including OSHA and local codes.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth across all levels.
