About The Position
The position involves working with all parties necessary to ensure the finalization and completion of various aspects of construction projects. This includes conducting development assessments, feasibility studies, and preparing outline design proposals for new sites and remodeling existing properties. The role also entails assisting with documentation related to agreements for lease and leases, preparing scheme designs, outline specifications, and various access and safety documentation. The individual will coordinate with professional consultants, perform the employer's agent role on contracts, procure main contract work, and manage project coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project handover and opening.
