About The Position
As a Senior Construction Manager, Power Infrastructure, you will play a critical role in delivering large-scale power infrastructure projects that enable reliable and scalable data center operations. Your leadership will be central to driving consistent execution across power development projects by managing schedules, costs, risks, and coordination with power developers and delivery partners. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help translate development requirements and contractual obligations into disciplined, on-the-ground construction execution that supports broader data center growth objectives. From a construction delivery perspective, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex power infrastructure activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards while maintaining control of schedule and budget performance. You will engage with developers, contractors, and internal partners to proactively identify and resolve issues, escalate risks that could impact delivery, and support continuous improvement across projects. By applying strong technical judgment, structured problem-solving, and a proactive leadership approach, you will help ensure power infrastructure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in support of the organization’s long-term operational reliability and growth.
