US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. We are seeking a Configuration Analyst that can work independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Configuration Management experience required.
• 10+ yrs of industry experience.
• Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• BA/BS or equivalent yrs exp.

Nice To Haves

• ITIL V4 Foundation or possess equivalent higher certifications.
• Experience supporting multinational customers preferred.
• Utilizing Tableau, JIRA, ServiceNow, Access or other tools used to manage and control daily work and process improvement initiatives.
• Using Pivot tables in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides configuration management support to assigned projects.
• Manages the local Definitive Media Library (DML) and processes requests to change the authorized product list (APL).
• Processes service request and change request tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool.
• Provides guidance and work leadership to configuration team members.
• Completes monthly Configuration Management audits.
• Builds and designs dashboards and reports in response to customer for information (RFIs) using Excel, Access, Tableau and ServiceNow.
• Ensures configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness, proper authorizations, and system updates.
• Updates existing configuration databases.
• Develops configuration and data management documentation based on program requirements.
• Identifies requirements and coordinates the development and implementation of computer-based configuration/data management systems and related support activities.
• Provides guidance and training to managers, site leads, engineers, systems, and network administrators regarding configuration management procedures.
• Applies comprehensive knowledge of ITIL principles, methods, techniques, and best practices to configuration management.
• Serves as local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Configuration Management, Baseline Management for supporting external requests, data calls, and Contract Deliverables (CDRL) reporting to the Program Office.
• Ensure all internal configuration management processes and procedures have been followed.
• Participates in special projects as required.
• Supports the Coalition Integration Lab (CIL) and provides Configuration Management guidance and training and project support.
• Serves as the Point of Contact (POC) for assigning Site Codes.
