Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone.
- Support the Business Office Director with various projects.
- Provide clerical support to all departments within the community.
- Lead the training of new Concierge team members.
- Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
