About The Position
Key Responsibilities: Lead concept and supervise schematic design stages Develop design narratives, massing, and spatial concepts Produce high-quality concept presentations and visuals Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants Mentor junior architects Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project briefs Requirements: Degree in Architecture 8–12 years’ experience with strong concept design focus Experience in large-scale residential/mixed-use projects Strong design portfolio UAE/Middle East experience preferred AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/Rhino, Adobe Suite; visualization tools
