About the position
Mac Made Easy is seeking a Senior Computer Technician to provide in-house repair and service for Apple and Windows products on the island of Oahu. The role involves repairing various Apple devices, including iMacs, iPads, iPhones, and MacBooks, as well as some PC repairs. The company prides itself on offering unique services that other companies, including Apple, do not provide, and training will be available for those who need it.
Responsibilities
- Assist with in-house computer repair and service for Apple and Windows products.
- Take apart and repair all Apple products including iMac, iPad, iPhone, MacBook, and MacBook Pro/Air.
- Perform PC repairs as needed, with training provided if necessary.
- Conduct soldering as part of repair services.
Requirements
- Certified Apple Technicians with completed Apple Certification Exams: Apple Service Fundamentals Exam ACMT & Mac Service Certification Exam.
- Current A+ Certification for PC Technicians.
- Experience in computer repair and software for at least 3 years.
- Legally able to work in the United States.
Nice-to-haves

- Experience as an Ex-Genius Bar Technician.
