About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Computer Systems Analyst to assesses, evaluates, and documents existing TSA IT systems to identify opportunities for improvement, modernization, and cost reduction. Duties and Responsibilities: This individual conducts alternatives analyses, total cost of ownership assessments, and business case studies that inform engineering investment decisions across the TSA IT portfolio. Working within a fast-paced, concurrent project environment, the Analyst translates operational requirements from TSA mission owners into structured system specifications and technical documentation that guide engineering design and integration efforts. This role requires strong analytical capability applied across a broad range of IT domains including cloud platforms, enterprise applications, network infrastructure, data operations, and cybersecurity. The Senior Computer Systems Analyst supports requirements traceability, configuration management, and the development of system documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and operational readiness review packages. The individual also participates in 14-day operational testing periods following system transitions to validate performance, integration, and stability before formal handoff to the O&M contractor.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in systems analysis within large, complex IT environments, preferably federal.
  • Strong written communication skills are essential for producing Government-quality deliverables, and experience working alongside O&M contractors in high-tempo environments is valued.
  • All personnel must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents who can obtain a TSA fitness determination.
  • The role may require occasional travel to TSA field locations and airports within the Continental United States.
  • Successful completion of a government security screening and/or a Secret Clearance
  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
