About The Position
The Senior Computer Support Technician is a key onsite technical resource responsible for advanced support of Straumann's global IT infrastructure. This dynamic role ensures the functionality, security, and performance of end-user systems across corporate, manufacturing, and Logistics environments. The technician leads client-side initiatives, supports global users, and maintains direct ownership of endpoint hardware and software operations.
