Join our Office of Ethics & Compliance team as a Senior Compliance Specialist and play a critical role in safeguarding our integrity. This is your opportunity to influence compliance standards across the US, ensuring our anti-bribery and corruption frameworks remain robust and effective. What will you be doing? Conduct compliance monitoring of US entities, focusing on high-risk HCP arrangements and commercial activities. Plan and execute monitoring schedules, including onsite testing of events and document reviews. Use data analytics to select samples and identify potential non-compliance issues. Prepare accurate monitoring reports, escalate concerns, and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Collaborate with Compliance Business Partners and senior leadership to address findings and enhance compliance programs. Analyze trends and emerging risks, supporting investigations and global compliance monitoring as needed. Partners with other members of the Office of Ethics & Compliance to support the wider program. What will you need to be successful? Degree-level qualification; professional assurance certifications (CPA, CIA, CFE) preferred. Minimum 6 years in monitoring or audit roles within medical device, pharmaceutical, large corporate, or public accounting environments. Strong knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption frameworks and US compliance risks. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and work both independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel up to 10%. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $90,250 - $156,750 USD annually (or hourly). The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Requirements
