About The Position

The Senior Compliance Specialist ensures the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, acting as a guardian of ethical business practices. This role supports the company in excelling in regulatory risk management and helps maintain trust with customers, partners, and external stakeholders, including regulators, while ensuring the delivery of high-value products. Key responsibilities include conducting regular compliance audits, identifying and addressing potential issues, reporting violations to management and maintaining internal tracking systems. In addition, the Compliance Specialist is responsible for implementing corrective actions, educating internal and external partners on compliance standards, and assisting with regular administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of customer service equivalent work experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer/data entry skills
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and be pro-active, detail oriented, and well-organized
  • Team player with excellent collaborative and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Review random samples and pulling documents for records being audited, ensuring they are verified against policy and requirements.
  • Update the tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, supporting overall compliance and audit processes.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners regarding audits and other compliance matters.
  • Handle routine, standard, repetitive administrative and reporting duties as assigned.
