In partnership with Maryland's Developmental Disabilities Administration, Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide program which endeavors to develop continuous quality improvement processes that enhance person-centered service delivery and support to people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, so they may live their best lives. To support this initiative, Liberty is now hiring for a full-time Senior Compliance Reviewer position. As a Senior Compliance Reviewer, your daily work will involve: Compliance auditing Internal quality control initiatives Data and trend analysis Quality assurance and auditing activities Developing corrective action plans Conducting onsite provider reviews Report writing You can expect: $65,000 salary 30 days of paid time off annually Health insurance and other perks Reimbursement for approved work-related mileage This position will partially allow you to work remotely from your home office and require you to travel throughout Maryland (travel estimated at 35%). The work schedule for this position is primarily Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm with occasional requirements for after-hours work. Senior Compliance Reviewers with Liberty Healthcare work through a collaborative partnership with AGX Group - a minority and veteran-owned small business.

Requirements

At least 3 years of healthcare / human services compliance experience - ideally related to Medicaid services and/or supporting people who are living with developmental disabilities
Strong computer skills including high degree of proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Bachelor's degree
