The Senior Compliance Manager will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and administration of the Enterprise Compliance Program (ECP). This is an individual contributor role focused on supporting program execution and ensuring activities align with the established ECP framework and methodologies. The role involves coordinating and performing activities across various program areas such as risk assessments, monitoring and testing, quality assurance, issues management, training, Third-Party management, and the implementation of new or revised programs and processes to ensure compliance with the ECP framework and regulatory expectations. The manager will identify and mitigate risks impacting the Bank's ability to manage regulatory compliance, develop and maintain compliance information for analysis and reporting, and achieve compliance goals by staying current with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining functional and regulatory expertise, performing quality assurance on compliance activities and data in GRC tools, consulting on new products and systems for compliance integration, and resolving issues within the CPM business unit. The role supports the execution of Compliance strategic initiatives, leads/participates in process design, and oversees policies and compliance programs. It requires analyzing data, reporting compliance information, assessing training needs, identifying process enhancements, assisting management with implementing changes, and anticipating/analyzing risks to recommend controls. The position demands building effective professional relationships, operating effectively in a high-stress environment with changing expectations and scrutiny, applying creative expertise to complex situations, and implementing changes in response to shifting trends.
