As a member of the Human Resources team, the Senior Compliance & Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for partnering with company leaders aligned with the implementation of best practices to support the achievement of corporate business objectives. You will partner with in-house and external legal counsel teams and Human Resources on employee relations and compliance matters. The position requires strategic thinking, strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills. This opportunity is a hybrid position. Qualified candidates must be able to commute into our Phoenix office at least two days per week.
