This role sits within STO Building Group’s Compliance & Ethics Department, which is responsible for promoting a culture of integrity, maintaining an effective speak-up program, and overseeing key compliance risk areas across the organization. The department provides regular reporting to the Audit, Finance & Risk Committee of the Board. The Senior Compliance Counsel reports to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO) and plays a central role in upholding the Company’s integrity standards and managing sensitive risk matters across the enterprise. Under the direction of the CECO, this role leads and oversees the Company’s ethics and compliance investigations function and integrity-related third-party risk management, and serves as a senior advisor to leadership on matters requiring sound judgment, discretion, and credibility.
