Boeing’s Law & Global Compliance │ Ethics organization is seeking a Senior Compliance & Ethics Officer (C&E Officer) to support Spirit Defense, a minimally (non-fully) integrated subsidiary of Boeing. The C&E Officer will be embedded within Spirit Defense in Wichita, Kansas and will serve as the Global Compliance focal for all employees working inside the Spirit Defense organization. This role will play a critical part in promoting an ethical culture, enabling a transparent and accountable work environment, and helping employees understand and uphold Boeing’s Code of Conduct—while operating within the unique regulatory and structural boundaries that govern Spirit Defense’s business and independence from other Boeing defense operations. The C&E Officer will build strong partnerships across Spirit Defense leadership, functional teams, and employees at all levels, ensuring that the organization maintains a workplace that reflects Boeing’s values while navigating a complex, regulated, and firewall-controlled environment. Spirit Defense will continue to operate as an independent supplier to the defense industry to ensure uninterrupted customer support. The company will align with Boeing Defense, Space & Security for financial reporting and select enterprise functional and site services while maintaining independent governance and day-to-day operations.
