Under direct supervision, analyzes, implements, and generates actions related to discipline/termination of contract employees, discipline/termination of non-contract employees, hearings and appeals, grievances, assistance to HISD legal counsel, and development of HISD policy. This position will train and advise principals and work locations supervisors at all levels in the processing of employment issues.
