About The Position

As the Senior Compliance Analyst, you will support the Workforce Development Center of Excellence (WFD COE) by developing and maintaining policies and procedures for program operations and grant compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will work collaboratively with the WFD COE team, HCA functional areas, and legal counsel to identify and escalate potential compliance issues pertaining to workforce grants, contracts, and MOUs. You will serve as the WFD COE's legal liaison and manage all quality assurance and execution of awarded funding as part of the centralized process. You will also survey the landscape enterprise-wide for workforce grant opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Master's Degree is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience is required
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in grant and/or contract experience is preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in SalesForce is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure grant compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the WFD COE team, HCA functional areas, and legal counsel to identify and escalate potential compliance issues
  • Conduct initial review of grant requirements and contract obligations before escalating to legal
  • Serve as the WFD COE's legal liaison on all matters as it pertains to the department's business objectives
  • Manage quality assurance of awarded funding as part of the centralized process
  • Maintain centralized grant, contract, and MOU files
  • Support program operations as needed
  • Research and identify federal, state, and local grants for workforce development
  • Coordinate proposed amendments to the grant documents or contracts
  • Strong organization skills and proactively prioritize needs
  • Establish credibility and trust with internal and external partners such as vendors, corporate, and field leadership
  • Problem solve independently and engage stakeholders appropriately
