The Sr. Compensation Specialist plays a key role in shaping a competitive and compliant compensation strategy which allows us to attract and retain top talent. This role is responsible for all broad-based compensation, including participating in annual market pricing, administering the annual compensation process, managing salary structures, evaluating new positions, and driving new compensation programs that align with Stream’s compensation philosophy company wide. This position is based in downtown Dallas and is eligible for a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office three days a week.
