About The Position
We are looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to help manage the day-to-day and long-term strategic plans for compensation needs across Appian. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, this role will play an integral part in the creation, implementation and maintenance of Appian's job architecture and compensation structures. This person will be a key contributor as part of the compensation function for our fast growing, tech company - a huge opportunity to make a meaningful impact through collaborating with various departments and senior level leadership, and bringing fresh ideas and concepts to the table that are taken seriously and quickly implemented. This role is based at our HQ in McLean, VA. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration, which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. Employees hired for this position are expected to be in the office 5 days a week to foster that culture and ensure we continue to thrive through shared ideas and teamwork.
