The Senior Compensation Partner is responsible for the ongoing evaluation of their unit's compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and performance-based compensation. This role will work with the unit's senior management to ensure that the compensation programs support the unit's business objectives and address talent retention, internal equality, and market competitiveness. This is a hybrid role in our NYC office in Union Square; 3 days per week.
