As a Sr. Compensation Analyst at Hummingbird, you will play a key role in ensuring compensation practices are fair, competitive, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Your work will promote equity, transparency, and long-term employee success by supporting compensation structures that are sustainable, clearly communicated, and aligned with both organizational needs and employee well-being. Acting as a program owner, and trusted partner to the business, you will support the delivery and evolution of compensation programs, advise managers on pay decisions, and ensure practices reflect Hummingbird’s values and meet legal and regulatory standards. To support Hummingbird’s continued growth, you will also assess and align compensation structures for incoming team members from partner organizations, ensuring consistency, and compliance.
