We are actively recruiting for this role to fill an existing vacancy. This position is needed to partner closely with our R&D organization—including Engineering, Product, Design, and Data Science—to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top technical talent. This role is a strategic advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners, bringing deep expertise in benchmarking, market trends, job architecture, and equity compensation within high-growth tech environments. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation philosophy for R&D, guiding annual and mid-year cycles, leveling and job framework decisions, and advising on offers, promotions, and pay equity analyses and recommendations. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Compensation and will partner with the broader people team as well as external, cross-functional partners.
