About The Position
SRS Distribution, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, currently operates under a family of distinct local brands encompassing more than 760 locations across 47 states. This is a hybrid position based in our corporate office located at 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070. The role involves administering and assisting in the design and upkeep of the Company's approved compensation programs, including Base Wage Program, Annual Incentive Programs, Performance Based Incentive Programs, and Commissions Programs. Responsibilities also include conducting annual compensation benchmarking studies, developing and maintaining Compensation Plan Documents, analyzing existing and proposed programs for compliance and competitiveness, reviewing salary adjustments, generating ad hoc compensation reports, and providing analytics for compensation and regulatory requirements.
