The Senior Compensation Analyst - North America & Europe is a senior-level professional who is responsible for day-to-day management and client-facing support of the company's global compensation programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high-level of professionalism, possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, have the flexibility to easily adapt to changing priorities and engage in new opportunities to learn. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits and partner closely with other Human Resources (HR) team members on compensation and HR data needs in the organization.
