In this role, you will report to the Director of Compensation & Benefits and play a key part in managing ADF’s compensation programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance on compensation strategies, policies, and practices. Your work will help ensure our programs are competitive, fair, and aligned with ADF's mission and goals.

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience as a compensation analyst.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, programs, and practices with strong analytical, problem-solving, and reading comprehension skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, report, and present data with advanced Excel proficiency and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish priorities, organize workload, communicate effectively at all levels, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
  • Experience with online salary survey library management tools (e.g., CompAnalyst).

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative and administrative support for day-to-day compensation operations, serving as a subject matter expert for HR and business leaders.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate position descriptions and classifications by collaborating with HR Business Partners, Team Leaders, and Team Members.
  • Benchmark positions using market surveys and intelligence to recommend competitive and equitable compensation ranges.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation and market pricing of positions to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with pay equity practices.
  • Lead compensation processes such as annual merit cycles, pay equity analysis, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments.
  • Design, analyze, and prepare compensation reports to align with overall HR strategy, including executive compensation research in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Support the design and implementation of pay structures, recognition programs, and variable pay, partnering with global HR teams to ensure effectiveness across regions.
  • Research and analyze total compensation competitiveness—including salary, benefits, and time off—and recommend updates as needed.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and audit compensation and benefits information for accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay current on compensation laws, regulations, and best practices, providing guidance to HR and management as needed.
