We are looking for a Senior Compensation Advisor in Eden Prairie, MN or Appleton, WI. This role involves providing and managing analysis of existing company compensation policies and their financial impact, considering prevailing practices among competing organizations to recommend market competitive compensation programs. The advisor will administer the implementation of hourly and salary administration guidelines, manage compensation processes, and prepare the annual compensation budget in collaboration with Human Capital Leadership and Operations. The position requires providing subject matter expertise, supporting the Human Capital Operations team, and making recommendations regarding compensation adjustments.
