About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple properties and leading a team of property managers. As a Senior Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and profitable. The Senior Community Manager role is the duties of a Regional Manager. Must have COS or enroll in certification course within 30 days of date of hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks
• Strong financial management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Real Page software

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure that they are well-maintained and profitable
• Develop and implement property management plans and strategies
• Oversee the work of property managers and maintenance staff
• Ensure that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Prepare and manage budgets for each property
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and respond to their needs in a timely manner
