The Senior Community Manager is responsible for the overall management of an apartment community or group of communities. You will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of the office operations, from leasing and resident relations to partnering with our maintenance teams, as well as ensuring financial performance goals are met. The Senior Community Manager utilizes their leadership skills to create a better place to live and a top place to work. Manage day-to-day operations for the community. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and company policies. Develop and manage annual budgets. Monitor rent collections, delinquency, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Review monthly financial statements and prepare variance reports. Foster a positive resident experience through proactive communication and service. Oversee resolution of resident concerns and ensure timely maintenance responses. Implement community engagement programs to boost retention. Manage vendor relationships and oversee capital improvement projects. Supervise the onsite team including leasing and concierge positions. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
