About The Position
The Senior Community Engagement Manager, DEI provides strategic direction and program delivery to the Chapter's efforts to advance health equity in underserved and underrepresented communities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Community Engagement as a member of the Community Engagement team, this position will actively collaborate to ensure a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion in and across the Association's strategic plan and Chapter activities. Outcomes include identifying, recruiting, engaging, and collaborating with diverse community partner organizations, community leaders and volunteers, building and conducting culturally appropriate programs and campaigns to reach diverse audiences, and driving KPI growth measuring the Alzheimer's Association's reach in diverse communities. This position does not have any direct reports.
