Senior Community Driver
About The Position
Calyx Living is actively seeking a Part Time Driver for our BRAND NEW assisted living community! We are located in beautiful Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh! Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to transporting residents to scheduled physician appointments, outings, performing light office work, assisting residents in and out of vehicle, inspecting the company vehicle before and after trips, and providing a comfortable environment for seniors as they're transported to various off- site events. Must have a "safety first" attitude towards all of our residents and staff.
Requirements
- Current NC Driver's license
- Friendly and accommodating
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to interact with residents in a positive and helpful manner
- Strong customer service skills are a must
- Genuine interest in the safety and well-being of residents
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience driving in senior living setting strongly preferred
