AvalonBay Communities is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Sr. Community Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at our neighborhood apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the leasing team to ensure residents experience luxury living.
• Create customized tours for prospective residents based on individual tastes.
• Provide incredible customer service and build relationships with residents.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance leasing performance.
• Follow up with prospective residents with tailored updates.
• Support, guide, and train new associates.
