Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Community Association Manager, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of community association laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with community management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Vantaca experience preferred
  • Certification such as CAM (Community Association Manager) license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple community associations, ensuring compliance with governing documents and local regulations.
  • Manage office functions including administrative support, vendor coordination, and record keeping.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to community association staff and board members to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, board members, vendors, and contractors.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate and attend board meetings, preparing agendas and minutes as needed.
  • Resolve conflicts and address community concerns in a professional and timely manner.
