Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
  • Identify key social media platforms for our brand and create tailored strategies for each platform.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content to share with our audience.
  • Build and nurture a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers to increase brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and promotions, to drive engagement and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Proactively identify emerging platforms and opportunities to enhance our social media strategy.
