Requirements

• 5+ years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical engineering design, test and balance and/or building automation system check-out
• Commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred

Responsibilities

• Reviewing owner project requirements
• Performing design reviews
• Developing commissioning specifications
• Creating commissioning plans, checklists and tests
• Performing field visits and observing commissioning tests
• Working with contractors, in the field, to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing
• Writing field reports and final reports
• Creating Systems Manuals
