Drive Escalation Efficiency Managing and improving the escalation process helps streamline support workflows and ensures timely intervention from higher-level experts when needed. Empower Technicians Through Mentorship Coaching and mentoring technicians boosts their confidence and technical capabilities, strengthening the overall service network. Strengthen Product Knowledge Across the Region By distributing technical communications and staying updated on current and new products, you’ll ensure your region is well-informed and prepared. Promote Service Programs to Boost Revenue Advocating for Cummins service capabilities and programs helps increase adoption, driving sales and reinforcing brand loyalty. Improve Field Reliability Through Investigations Investigating product issues at customer or dealer locations allows you to identify root causes and contribute to long-term product improvements.
