As a Senior Commissioning Agent in our Seattle office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Requirements

• Technical or Associate Degree in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design, or construction engineering from an accredited technical institution or college; or commensurate design or construction experience.
• Functional knowledge of building systems across disciplines including fire protection, HVAC, plumbing/piping, electrical, technology, instrumentation and controls, process and lighting systems.
• Extensive knowledge of commissioning processes and commissioning process delivery.
• Fundamental knowledge of construction processes and project delivery models.
• Understanding of applicable codes, standards and specification requirements, and ability to interpret them.
• Commissioning certification with a nationally recognized professional body.
• Proficient in application of applicable technologies including computer/software, data loggers, test and measurement equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and state required vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve commissioning challenges and complete tasks assigned.
• Develop and implement commissioning process delivery plans based on project requirements, basis of design, design and construction documents, and information gathered from users and project partners.
• Conduct field surveys and code research.
